1. General Provisions

bdr33 ("we", "our", "platform") is an online sports betting and casino service platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a binding agreement between the user ("you", "user") and bdr33.

bdr33 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered as your agreement to the new Terms.

2. Account Registration & Use

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on bdr33, the user must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must provide accurate and genuine personal information.
• Only one account may be opened per person.
• The user must operate the account in their own name and for themselves.
• The account password and login details must be kept completely confidential.

2.2 Account Verification

bdr33 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other valid documents may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is completed.

2.3 Account Suspension or Closure

bdr33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent, manipulative, or deceptive activities.
• Bonus abuse or system exploitation.
• Taking advantage of technical errors on the platform.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted payment methods for depositing funds on bdr33 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Ensure correct transaction details at the time of deposit — bdr33 is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Withdrawal requests may be on hold until verified.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings from a bonus.
• bdr33 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious activity.

3.3 Limitation of Liability

bdr33 is not responsible for technical issues or delays caused by payment providers. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their transaction details.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bdr33 offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing winnings from that bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• The same user cannot claim the welcome bonus more than once.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after receiving a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• bdr33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and related winnings may be cancelled.
• Bonuses are only usable on games or markets designated by bdr33.

5. Betting & Gaming Terms

5.1 Betting Rules

bdr33 offers sports betting, live casino, slots, and other games. Each game or market has its own rules, which can be found on the game description page. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

5.2 Technical Errors

Abnormal results or incorrect payouts caused by system errors, disconnections, or technical issues are subject to cancellation. In such situations, bdr33's decision will be considered final.

5.3 Suspicious Activity

If there is suspicion of involvement in match fixing, collusion, or any other illegal activity, bdr33 reserves the right to cancel the associated account, funds, and winnings, and to notify the relevant authorities.

6. VIP Program

bdr33's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold, and up to 1.0% at Platinum. Continuous regular play is required to advance to a higher tier.

• VIP benefits may be changed at any time at bdr33's discretion.
• VIP status may be cancelled in cases of misconduct or violation of terms.
• The timing and method of cashback payment are determined by bdr33.

7. Responsible Gaming

bdr33 is committed to responsible gambling. We provide users with the option to set limits and assist with voluntarily deactivating an account temporarily if needed.

• Gambling is entertainment — not a way to solve financial problems.
• Never bet beyond your means.
• Avoid betting under the influence of alcohol or emotional stress.

10. Limitation of Liability

bdr33 will not be liable under any circumstances for the following:

• Loss of bets or games caused by internet disconnection.
• Financial losses caused by the user's own negligence or mistakes.
• Errors by third-party software or game providers.
• Losses resulting from theft of login credentials or unauthorized account access.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen events or force majeure.

11. Service Changes & Termination

bdr33 reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue any service, feature, or section of the platform at any time. Users will be notified in advance where possible, but changes may take effect without prior notice in urgent situations.
